Project Management

• A two day training module focusing on the fundamentals of Project Management
• Offered in an online version

• Links the significance of good Project Management to Lean Six Sigma success

Customized Materials

• Q6 will develop training materials to meet your company's specific needs

Q6 does not provide Six Sigma Greenbelt training materials, as we do not believe these materials are best suited for companies in a deployment mode.  If your company wishes to review Greenbelt level training, Q6 will be happy to refer you to their partner companies who provide world class materials in this arena.

We partner with other firms to provide Six Sigma Blackbelt training and materials if your company requires fulltime resource deployment as a part of your Lean Six Sigma strategy.  The use of partner companies and their materials and/or services can be fully transparent to our clients as a part of the overall Q6 solution.
